**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our **Volvo** team in Warwick Farm. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Facilitate the timely delivery and handover of newly purchased vehicles to customers
- Processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of vehicles
- Work well alongside the sales team to ensure best customer experience
- Managing the customers experience throughout their journey
- Liaising with the sales and service team to ensure smooth handovers
- Be the face of the dealership for all customers that purchase from the dealership
- Experience in the Automotive industry or in Customer Service is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy
- Must show ability to be organised and structured in their daily work
