**About the Role**

**Peter Warren Automotive** is now on the hunt for a **Detailing Coordinator** to join our **Warwick Farm **Dealership**. Whether it be the delivery or servicing of a vehicle, the presentation and cleanliness is integral in ensuring the customer is satisfied with their experience. Within this role you will show initiative, flexibility and have a positive attitude.

**What the role entails**:

- Supervise and provide support for all detailing department activities
- Schedule work to be completed each day by assigning appropriate Detailer (based upon skill and knowledge) and allocating time for each job
- Direct and maintain usage of detailing department supplies and equipment
- Oversee work quality and perform final sign-off once jobs are completed
- Assist vehicle transporters and oversee loading and unloading of vehicles
- Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven work experience in overseeing a high preforming team within the automotive industry
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
- Ability to maintain simple records
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively within a team
