Our business is a warm, family-oriented dental clinic committed to honest, high-quality care for patients of all ages. We are currently seeking a friendly, confident, and caring Receptionist or Dental Assistant who prefers to be on the front desk to join our supportive team.

- 2 days per week
- Mondays and Wednesdays are required
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Greeting patients and managing the front desk
- Handling HICAPS/EFTPOS payments and end-of-day settlements
- Booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Assisting with sterilisation duties in our one-chair surgery
- **About You**_
- Minimum 1 or more years experience in a private dental practice
- Comfortable using dental software (experience with any system is highly regarded)
- Dental4Windows training provided
- A team player who enjoys helping others and creating a positive environment
- High attention to detail, when managing bookings and patient records
