**About us**

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Providing support to NDIS participants, aged between 4-70 years.
- Both in-home and community access support required.
- Assistance with implementing Behaviour Support Plans, Care Plans and Therapy Plans.
- Medication administration support
- Adhering to the values and meeting a high standard of support as required by Assist Right Supports.
- Shifts between 7am-10pm, varying between 6-8hrs per shift, with periods of 2:1 supports which are 2hrs per shift.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
- Current Police Check (no older than 6 months)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Drivers License with Full Comprehensive Insurance
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Experience working with participants with Behaviour Support Plans
- Hoisting Experience
- Full Manual Handling training required (Practical Observation will be performed)

Pay: $32.00 - $58.73 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
