The main key to success in this role is how much you enjoy forecasting and efficiently managing resources as well as:

- Analysing data/trends to project and prioritise urgent jobs.
- Liaise with customers and schedule jobs for field and workshop staff to ensure they are completed within the customers expectations
- Monitor staff activities to ensure work schedules are being met
- Be the first point of contact for any queries on site technical staff may have
