**The Role**

Due to continued growth Ventia are currently looking to engage an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our Village Services team based in Western Australia. Ventia Village services team provides comprehensive village management services including facilities maintenance, land management, domestic services, administration, security, wellbeing, and catering services

Our Regional Operations Manager will lead and manage the delivery of our services to our clients. This role will embrace our team approach to delivery and provide support and guidance to our Project Managers, Village Managers and all staff that report directly to them.

To support the growth of the business, the Regional Operations Manager will work in with the business development team and the General Manager in providing the delivery model for our client’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive a culture of delivering exceptional customer, client and shareholder value.
- Identify opportunities for profitable growth and support wider growth initiatives of the business
- Provide leadership and mentoring with direct reports
- Foster strong relationships with internal corporate support services and the customer
- Understand all contract boundaries and responsibilities and ensuring compliance
- Identify, initiate, recommend and assist in the initiative of ‘Better Ways’ or value add to the business and customer.
