**Job description**:
The role of Regional Manager will require an in-depth understanding of the business they represent in the market. Regional Manager will **ensure the smooth operation of ZedCare in Greater Perth area (Western Australia)**.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior Operational Manager
- Overseeing the recruitment of employees in their region
- Mentoring employees and suggesting training programs
- Ensuring employees reporting to them follow the company's standards and procedures
- Enforcing the company's rules and regulations
- Organizing roster of employees in their region
- Ensuring the completion of paperwork from their region
- Securing long-term relationships by maintaining practical client relations
- Reviewing the key performance indicators of their region
- Planning and evaluating operations to be cost-effective

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manager role
- Ability to develop positive relationships with our employees and participants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current Australian Driver's License
- National Police Check
- The right to work in Australia (Valid Visa / VEVO)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 3 years (required)

- English Fluently (required)
