**The Role**

**We are currently on the lookout for a** **Savvy, Vibrant & Passionate Regional Operations Manager to join our Mad Mex Familia**

In this newly created position, you share our passion for fresh and healthy Mexican food and are eager to be an **ambassador for the Mad Mex brand**. You have a solid background in QSR with experience leading and coaching Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners across multi-sites. You have exceptional communication skills and are a strategic influencer. With a high level of commercial acumen, you have a proven record of assisting restaurant operators to achieve sales targets and maximize profits.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- 3+ years experience in multi-site management (preferably 5 or more restaurants) across franchised and corporate locations
- You understand the acronyms COGS, COL, EBITDA, and LAM and how to impact and influence these areas
- Proven experience in planning and execution of New Restaurant Openings
- Track record in developing your people through a people pipeline and managing your “bench” plan
- Driving Franchisee performance through influence, coaching, and relationships
- Willingness to regularly travel intrastate and interstate (and you must have a reliable car & hold a valid driver’s license)

You will be responsible for training, coaching, and supporting our Corporate Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners to run successful restaurants. With a region of up to 10 to 15 restaurants and a significant growth plan, you will be tasked with helping restaurant operators develop strategies to increase sales & profitability whilst ensuring they adhere to Mad Mex policies and procedures.

In addition to being out in the field, you may be involved in developing and implementing a number of projects. National travel could be required.
