**About the Role**

Canberra Grammar School are seeking coaches to join the Horizons team. The role of a Horizons Coach is to instruct students on fundamental skills and foster player development within a fun, inclusive and safe environment. This role works with other experienced Horizons coaches and teaches students who are beginner and intermediate learners. The Horizons Coaches will be competent in one of the following areas: Claymation, Lego Robotics or Code Cadets (programmers with JavaScript and Python knowledge).

**About You**

You are dedicated, passionate, and possess the following:

- Engaging and enthusiastic coaching style with effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of abilities across various age groups
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- Professional references

All team members at CGS are required to have:

- Appropriate qualifications
- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
