**A day in the life**

As a Porter, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet, utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members and guests with outstanding 5* service.

You’ll be responsible to meet and greet our guests, assist with luggage and other items and, utilise your outstanding knowledge of the RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort and the local area to provide recommendations and directions.

You will be motivated and hardworking with a can-do attitude, you’ll have the ability to work shifts across a 7-day rotational roster.

**We’re looking for**
- An ambassador of the RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort; taking initiative to offer exceptional customer service and a memorial experience
- Full, unrestricted Australian drivers’ licence
- Ability to greet all members with a warm and welcoming smile
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Previous experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort is ideal
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods

Our two RACV Clubs are an integral part of making this a reality. Located in Melbourne’s CBD and the Healesville region, our city-centre Club is equipped with everything from conferencing rooms and accommodation to fitness facilities and a day spa. Available to both guests and Members (who enjoy discounted Member rates), they’ve become valuable places to connect.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
