Team Manager opportunity at Lineage Laverton
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are looking to appoint an experienced **Team Manager** to join our team at our retail facility in Laverton.
The Team Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the team are operating in a safe and collaborative manner. Team Managers at Lineage champion our values of safety, trust, respect and servant leadership.

**What You'll Be Responsible For**
- Lead and manage a team across inbound, production and outbound operations.
- Ensure the site operates in a safe, compliant, cost-efficient and customer-focused manner.
- Champion Lineage's core values of safety, trust, respect and servant leadership.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and structured development plans.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficient labour planning and KPI achievement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships - from customers to suppliers to internal business units.
**What We're Looking For**
- Extensive experience in a logistics, warehousing or transport leadership roles.
- A background in retail logistics or FMCG, ideally in a multi-temperature distribution centre.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport/route distribution and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and energise teams toward shared goals.
- Comfortable working with data, labour cost models, KPIs and operational budgets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
- IT proficiency across Microsoft Office, WMS and TMS systems.
