Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for supervising services and front of house staff.
- This position is also responsible for the management of ordering FOH stock including but not limited to; packaging, coffee, tea, alcohol, chemicals.
- Adhere and upholding of all policies and procedures outlined in the staff handbook.

Experience & Qualities;
- Must be able to work the physical demands of hospitality, including being on your feet all shift, flexibility in availability to meet rostering demands (must be available Sundays & Mondays) and physical strength to pack down at the end of the day.
- Minimum 1 years experience in hospitality supervisor role is preferable
- Strong leadership & problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
- Strong hands-on approach with attention to detail, organised and a confident multi-tasker.
- Confident personality & excellent personal presentation.
- Strong drive to exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent food, beverage & wine knowledge preferable.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
