**About the role**:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the City’s Governance team in a part time capacity. Job sharing with the City’s Executive Assistant to Council, this role is responsible for providing executive level administrative support to the Mayor and Councillors, producing accurate and high quality documentation to support Council and Committee processes (in particular agendas and minutes) and working as part of a small team to provide governance support across the organisation.

**The person**:
We are seeking applicants who:

- Are experienced in providing executive level administrative support, including inbox and diary management, preparing correspondence and managing travel and expenses.
- Are experienced producing high quality written materials, including reports, agendas and minutes.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Have well-developed time management and organisational skills, with the ability manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Have well-developed communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Are proactive, flexible and adaptable.

The successful applicant will also need a ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and be able to provide a National Police Clearance no more than six months old.
