**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be based at our Depot located on Barlee street, Busselton. You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Operations Services team, from procurement and stores, to recordkeeping, safety documentation, and customer service. Your day-to-day will involve working with teams across civil infrastructure, parks and environment, contractors, and suppliers to ensure everything is well-documented, compliant, and running efficiently.
**You’ll be the go-to person for**:
- Supporting purchasing and procurement activities
- Maintaining safety and training documentation
- Providing frontline support and customer service at the depot
- Keeping records, systems and registers up to date
- Coordinating contractor access and supplies through the depot
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment. The role is offered on a full-time basis, with the added benefit of the option to work a 9-day fortnight. A part-time job share arrangement may also be considered.
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Strong organisation and administration skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with purchasing, procurement, and digital recordkeeping.
- Clear communication and customer service skills with a problem-solving focus.
- Able to work well with different team members and support workplace safety.
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Positive, collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude.
**Pre-employment requirements**:
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- White Card
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment
