**The Role**
As a **Floor Supervisor**, you are the face of Surfers Pavilion, leading the front-of-house team in our iconic waterfront venue. Working closely with the **Venue Manager**, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure seamless service, and drive a team culture that values excellence, teamwork, and fun.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a **diverse team** of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Be **hands-on and operational**, ensuring smooth service and efficiency during peak periods.
- Develop and upskill team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and product knowledge.
- Maintain and enhance **guest experiences**, ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.
- Uphold the high standards of Surfers Pavilion, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and operational procedures.
