**The Role**
As a **Floor Supervisor**, you are the face of Surfers Pavilion, leading the front-of-house team in our iconic waterfront venue. Working closely with the **Venue Manager**, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure seamless service, and drive a team culture that values excellence, teamwork, and fun.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a **diverse team** of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
