NDIS experience essential - Full Time opportunity - Fantastic office in Moorabbin with onsite parking **The Position** Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an NDIS Support Officer to join our team starting immediately. Based at our fantastic office in the brand-new Morris Moor complex, this opportunity forms an important part of our head office team. Reporting into the NDIS Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for: - Completion of NDIS consults and risk assessments - Direct customer interaction by managing the intake process for our NDIS clients to ascertain how Empower Healthcare can assist with their NDIS packages. - Setting up, maintaining and renewing service agreements - Maintaining accurate and up to date client records - Develop effective working relationships with clients, therapists and our scheduling team - Preparing weekly reports - Data entry and general office duties **Do you have what it takes?** We are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, that takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a "can do" attitude. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients.
