We’re iinergy Group - a high-growth company with divisions across **renewable energy (iinergy Solar)**. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, switched-on **Internal Recruiter** to help us build top-performing teams across Australia.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in sales, marketing, customer service, and clinics
- Write and post job ads that attract A-grade talent
- Build pipelines using Seek, LinkedIn, and internal referrals
- Maintain and improve our recruitment CRM and hiring dashboards
- Own your results - and be recognised for it

Y**ou Bring**
- A recent graduate in HR, Business, Marketing or Psychology _or_ 1-2 years in customer-facing or sales roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Natural hustle - you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Sharp judgment - you can spot the difference between talkers and doers
- Grit and resilience - you’ll be hiring across fast-moving, target-driven environments
