We are looking for part-time or full-time receptionist at Leichhardt General Practice.

Leichhardt General Practice is a well-established General Practice which has been providing medical care to the Inner West community for over 70 years. We have a dedicated team of General Practitioners, Nurses, Allied Health and Receptionists and pride ourselves on our friendly working environment and quality patient care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Opening/closing clinic
- Maintaining cleanliness of clinic
- Greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with face-to-face enquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Receiving and sending clinic correspondence
- Processing payments and Medicare billings
- Maintaining high standard of ethics and patient confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- The ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in general practice is preferred but not essential

We are looking for a team member who is motivated and reliable to join our practice to provide compassionate and quality care to the community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
