One of our valued recruitment team members is going on maternity leave therefore we are seeking a very special person to join our close-knit team of professionals to assist with servicing a wide range of recruitment clients locally, throughout Australia and internationally.

We are a private recruitment agency proudly servicing a wide range of clients across multiple industries and professions including the accounting profession and hospitality industry.

**The ** **position**

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**
- Assisting the lead recruiter with end-to-end recruitment
- Writing job advertisements
- Assisting with growing the business
- Assisting with human resource administration
- Be seeking a long term parttime role Gold Coast based role
- Be able to work flexible hours/hybrid office
- Have extensive experience working in end-to-end recruitment within a busy private recruitment agency servicing multiple industries and professions
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
- Be Outcome focused and KPI driven
- Be IT savvy and competent in recruitment software
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Be kind, compassionate and customer service focused
- Be rewarded with flexible working conditions
- Enjoy working in a long-term stable friendly team
- Have a supportive manager and team environment
- Receive ongoing training and development
