 Based in our fantastic office in Robina, with flexible work arrangements available post-  training, this phone-based role encompasses:

• Establishing robust relationships with doctors, delving into their professional and lifestyle aspirations.
• Assessing and qualifying doctors for work opportunities aligned with their goals.
• Cultivating and nurturing partnerships with General Practices and healthcare providers, aligning with their staffing requirements.
• Innovating solutions to address the distinct needs of doctors and practices.
• Facilitating negotiations and finalizing agreements between doctors and healthcare services.
• Going the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborating with a team of Solutions Specialists to achieve collective success.
