**Your new company**

Our client is within the construction and manufacturing industry based out in North Gold Coast. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer to join their high performing, fun and dynamic people and culture team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Your new role**

As the Recruitment Officer, you will be tasked with providing recruitment and sourcing guidance, advise and support to the business. You will be reporting into the Human Resources Manager, and you will be driving the end-to-end recruitment process. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting and advising management on end to end employment processes
- Develop, implement, maintain and advise management of HR Policies and Procedures
- Advise management of Fair work, NES, and EBA’s
- Assist with investigations, complaints and disciplinary processes
- End to End recruitment - inclusive of scheduling interviews, reference checking, contract management, organising pre-employment medicals, offboarding, and exit interviews.
- Aiding in company projects and initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of legislative changes and effectively communicate recommendations to ensure compliance

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies
- Ability to stay organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business or communication
