**The Opportunity**

Due to recent movement within the HR department, a position has become available to work in a high-performing and highly visible Head Office team. This is a truly diverse, generalist position that will see your skills as a HR Advisor stretched and developed. Supporting a number of sites from their Australian Head Office, this manufacturing company will offer you the chance to build your repertoire of HR skills and help you bridge the gap for your next career move.

**The Role**

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

- Partner with the leaders across the business and provide strategic HR advice and support when required
- End to end recruitment and talent acquisition management including arranging pre employment medicals and contract management
- Management of the onboarding process for new staff
- Handle all workplace health and safety including reporting
- Compliance and legislation management
- Providing salary and remuneration advice to line managers including managing all remuneration reviews
- Champion company benefits and support mechanisms available including the employee assistance program
- Performance management including partnering with managers throughout the review process
- Support leaders through organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies
- Delivery of front line training
- Assist managers in conducting ER/IR investigations including grievance and disciplinary matters
- Drive process improvement initiative and strategic projects

- A background in a similar role as a business partner or advisor
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A resilient personality with the ability to engage at all levels
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to deliver results
