Mean Mothers Creations is a small Yarn store located in Beenleigh, providing yarn, knitting and crocheting supplies to locals, distributing orders through online sales and holding crafting lessons.

We are looking for vibrant and creative people to join our family-owned and operated business. Experience in customer service is desired but not required, a positive and can-do attitude is the most important quality.

The Role:

- Customer Service in-store, be willing to learn and understand the products
- Yarn/knitting/crotchet knowledge is preferred but not essential if willing to learn
- Answering the phone and liaising with customers and suppliers
- Taking orders, over the phone, through the website and in store
- Packing orders to be posted to customers
- Restocking shelves and taking stocktake
- Processing orders coming into the store, cross-checking to the invoice and the order placed.
- General tidying and cleaning in store

Hours of work - 6 hours per day - 5 days per week. 9 am - 3:30 pm with a half an hour lunch break.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $19.42 - $28.29 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beenleigh, QLD 4207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
