CRUX, and our partner companies are experiencing unprecedented business growth. As a result, the CRUX Talent Acquisition team are on the hunt for superstars in a variety of roles across the sunny state of Queensland.

**What you will be doing**:

- Design, develop and prepare training material to execute learning strategies and programs across NDIS, Child Youth and Family, and other business portfolios
- Implement various learning methods to ensure effective learning is embedded and evaluated
- Assign online and facilitated training offers to promote and facilitate as required
- Deliver training in a variety of formats including face to face and remotely via digital platforms such as Teams and Zoom
- Coordinate training offers to promote skills and knowledge development to ensure professional boundaries, workforce safety and employee confidence in role
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support skill & knowledge gaps within the organisation
- Assign, monitor and review all online assessments and progression of online training on the learning management system
- Maintain training records to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of information and reports
- A core requirement of this role will also see you travelling across QLD to deliver learning programs._

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in facilitation of accredititated and non accredited training (TCI or CPI desirable)
- Experience in the Disability and Child Youth Family Sector (2-3 years desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Certificate IV or higher in a Community Services Sector field (desirable)
- Strong IT skills on a variety of platforms including Articulate and GO1
- Ability to design and develop digital resources for training purposes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to deliver training
- Blue Card for Working with Children & NDIS Worker Screening
- Drivers Licence
