Job Description Summary

To contribute to the efficiency, profitability, and growth of Service Stream by performing a variety of customer facing and administrative functions, whilst adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Streams Policies and Procedures.
About the Role

Responsible for the efficient and effective entry of job data and provision of administrative support for the Field Operations Metro. Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery team, this role provides data cleansing and validation support, while improving processes around collection of data. This role also includes the provision of technical administrative support, including contract reporting, administration, maintaining accurate and timely job data for input into SA Water data management systems and accounts payable support

**Job Description**:

- Validate KPI performance and associated Work Order
- Validate all relevant data & reporting provided in timeframes required.
- Review and validate job data input into Work Order App/ Maximo by the field crews and subcontractors.
- Assist in the development of a range of metrics to assess data entry integrity.
- Report on the accuracy and completeness of data entry into the WOA by the field workforce
- Support of the field teams through identification of reporting of common errors in data entry, and training to field teams in rectification techniques
- Support the production of contract performance reports through data validation and other analysis.
- Manage and update the Work Order tracking spreadsheet.
- Send and follow up on requests for Work Order data to Supervisors and Contractors to action.
- Liaise with Managers to resolve invoice and costing discrepancies.
- Handling enquiries from suppliers and subcontractors
- Duties as required to support the wider management team to meet internal and external targets and deadlines.
- Conduct business to the highest standard and in line with Service Stream core values, principles and Collaborative Charter for Adelaide Service Delivery
- Timely completion of Performance Review
- Adhere to the Service Stream Code of Conduct, policies and procedures
- Lead by example and take accountability for own actions
- Interact with others in a collaborative and constructive manner
- Demonstrate strengths in areas of team performance and dynamics, client services, EHS and quality.
- Promote and sustain the ‘one team’ culture

About You

We are looking for an individual with;
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of the water and network utility sectors
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Excel
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar field is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (with all levels of staff)
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong initiative and sound problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
