We are currently on the hunt for a Restaurant General Manager for Taco Bell Cessnock (2325).

**About the role**

As a Restaurant Manager, you will role model Taco Bell’s Live Más culture and brand principles. You will lead the Restaurant by running effective shifts and positively contribute to achieving KPI’s.

You will do this through:

- Upholding high safety standards and maintaining restaurant safety at all times, as well as ensuring Team Members are effectively trained to follow all WH&S procedures.
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences which exceed their expectations.
- Delivering great tasting, high quality, craveable and insta-worthy products.
- Help build vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture by leading the recruitment, training, and coaching of team members.
- Supporting the greater leadership team by contributing ideas and suggestions to continually improve and refine our restaurant operations.

We are looking for experienced, adaptable, and resilient managers who:

- Have held a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced and high-volume hospitality or retail environment.

- Have a passion and skill for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees.
- Have an open mind and a commitment to learning and developing as Taco Bell grows.

**Benefits**:

- Base salary range $70,000 to $80,000

- Opportunity to progress into above store leadership roles in the operations field or at our Restaurant Support Centre.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
