- A calm and confident approach along with strong communication and customer skills, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage your own tasks
- You have proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA kitchens range
- A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting.
- Available to work a range of morning and evening shifts and full weekends (both Saturday & Sunday).

**Your responsibilities**

As Sales Co-worker in the Kitchen Team, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Be an IKEA Ambassador by understanding that you impact our customer’s experience by being able to offer solutions and answer questions that relate to their kitchen and home furnishing needs.
- Actively approach customers to identify their needs by asking insightful questions and advising them on the best kitchen solutions for them
- Supporting customers with their kitchen design process using the kitchen planning 3D rendering software and accessory workshop. You will build strong relationships with the customer throughout their planning journey
- Responsible for ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced
- Stay knowledgeable about in-store specials, delivery options, product features and benefits
- Supporting other Sales areas within the business when required

Not only do we have extensive knowledge of the IKEA product range but we’re constantly finding new ways of making real connections with our customers to maximise sales and profitability within the IKEA Vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people

This opportunity is Permanent, Part-Time 40 hours/fortnight, based in Marsden Park, NSW.
