We’re looking for a Operations Assistant who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and values a collaborative, respectful work environment.

**About the Role**

This is not your typical desk job. As our Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from stock management to contractor coordination and customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, including repackaging and logistics
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and liaise with suppliers
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers
- Troubleshoot equipment, load software, and assist with machine setup
- Support product management and help build strong customer relationships

**About You**

You’re a hands-on problem solver with a background in sales, product management, or trades. You enjoy a mix of computer-based and physical tasks and are always thinking a few steps ahead.

**You’ll bring**:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
