We are part of the Virgin group of companies worldwide and launched our Australian business in 2008 with one club, five studios and a dedicated team of just 50 people. Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.

Located just steps from the Collins/King Tram stop, or Southern Cross Station, our spacious 4,397 sqm Collins Street club is your go-to location for work, rest, and play. Inside you'll find 7 group exercise studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa & sauna, indoor climbing wall and sleep pods. We've also catered for your post-workout-self, with luxury changeroom amenities including Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, ghd® straighteners and Apelles products. It's the experience your workout deserves.

**Your gig
Reporting to the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll assist the day-to-day operations of the club and perform pool & lifeguarding duties
- In a nutshell: _
- You'll ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless
- You'll clean and prepare the equipment required by each member and help to create an environment where members love spending time
- You'll be super conscious about everyone's safety and take enormous pride in producing the shiniest change rooms ever
- You'll supervise the pool, spa and sauna, ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing lifeguarding duties where necessary
- You'll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.

- You love to create a glistening clean environment for all. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it. You get a kick out of creating beautifully fresh and spotless spaces which make people go _wow _
- You're comfortable communicating at all levels and can be counted on to maintain a sparkling environment for all.
- You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you.
- You may have some lifeguarding experience and comfortable in the pool
