**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the role of the Commissioning Manager is to oversee all operational processes and installations within the appointed project and ensure the goals of the business and client are met and exceed expectation.

**Essential Requirements/Skills/Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management / Business or another relevant technical field (Advantageous)
- 7+ years’ experience in Management position
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience In:

- Achieving performance goals and objectives
- Managing high performance teams
- Engaging in technical working groups
- High level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening skills
- Ability to communicate, liaise and develop relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting and cost estimation for large scale Projects.
- Strong knowledge of the contract and tender process.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite nominally Excel.
- Experience Greenfields and Brownfields projects
- Well developed understanding of the fundamentals of relay protection testing and controls systems
