**Travel & Operations Coordinator**

We have an excellent opportunity for a Travel & Operations Coordinator to join our team on an initial 12-month contract.

The Travel & Operations Coordinator will assist the Regional Corporate Real Estate & Spend Management Operations Manager with development, enforcement, and compliance of comprehensive procurement processes for the entire company.

**What the day will look like**
- Assisting in evaluating historical purchasing data to accommodate better purchasing practises across the region
- Managing supplier relationships and working with the leadership team and suppliers to ensure service level commitments are met
- Raising requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring that all purchasing is carried out in accordance with Aon policy and guidelines
- Acting as a liaison with the Procure to Pay team regarding invoicing issues, supplier terms etc.
- Be the conduit between the business and our Global Travel provider to ensure we deliver excellent customer service and escalate issues accordingly
- Providing admin support to the Operations Manager and the wider team on a wide range of projects
- Be the point of contact for internal and external procurement enquiries

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Previous exposure in a procurement related role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication internally and externally
- Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having a pro-active attitude and the ability to multitask
