Travel Support Manager

Responsible for supporting the Global Program Manager and Client in all aspects of the client travel program globally. The role is primarily focused on traveler training & support including answering queries relating to technology (all countries), implementing new processes or procedures and managing client requests. The role includes supporting ad-hoc requirements as the Bank sees fit.
The role may also support the Operations Manager or Operational teams in any related country as and when needed.

Experience required:

- Knowledge of business travel management (Account Management)
- Strong knowledge of Operational travel management (Operations)
- Knowledge of travel industry technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularity in complaint resolution
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to prioritise
- Ability to train
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of contract management.
- Ability to understand and articulate client and BCD advantages/disadvantages of systems, processes, features and identify win-win solutions.
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, developing strategies and action plans for implementation of goals and objectives
- Ability to identify program improvements and opportunities to increase client profitability
- Ability to work virtually or onsite
- Knowledge of project management
- Willingness to learn and shape client travel program.
- Ability to use Sabre
