In the role of Head of Scheme and Regulatory Compliance, you will join Guy Mendelson and the Merchant Services team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Provide expertise on the Payments Scheme and Regulatory environment, incorporating domestic and global trends to inform NAB’s view for current and future state and how to execute changes with a customer experience and profitability lens
- Ensure scheme compliance activity is prioritised by delivering a value for cost approach to risk management and compliance, whilst supporting the domain growth agenda
- Make quarterly recommendations on regulatory and scheme changes including prioritisation of work and funding required
- Represent Merchant Services at various schemes and industry bodies, ensuring NAB interests are represented
- Manage all Merchant Services internal compliance and regulatory reporting
- Drive performance excellence by leading a team of specialist experts

- Significant experience in either Credit Card or Merchant Services businesses
- Subject matter expertise in the merchant products and payments industry
- Deep understanding of the scheme and regulatory environment
- Building and leading outperforming teams with outstanding engagement
- Demonstrated ability to build & maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
