**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training sessions and workshops in hospitality management, customer service, and operational skills.
- Assess and evaluate learner progress and competency in various hospitality modules.
- Develop and update curriculum materials to meet industry needs and regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to learners, ensuring a high standard of education and training.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance training relevance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a training and assessment role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
