**The role**:
The role of Product Manager IoT Devices is a broad fast-paced role within Iota’s Customer Success team, driving the successful launch and commercialisation of various IoT devices, including sensors, digital water meters and data loggers.

As well as developing customer solutions, uncovering water utility and customer needs and clarifying business objectives and challenges, other key accountabilities of the role will include;
- Product Lifecycle Management for our range of IoT Devices
- Customer Engagement and advisory
- Technical Expertise and Support
- Market Research and Industry Trends
- Quality Assurance for Water IoT Devices
- Documentation and Reporting
