Seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to join a team in Cannington, starting immediately

**Your new company**
A government organisation in Cannington are seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to join the team on a short-term contract. This organisation is hoping for someone to start immediately, working for an initial 6-weeks plus possible extension.

**Your new role**

As the Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as a main point of contact for accommodation, maintenance and fleet management activities
- Managing WHS and emergency situations during and outside business hours
- Develop, maintain and report on documents and activities related to facilities services
- Conduct audits on branch stock take
- Conduct onsite cleaning inspections, identifying any building break-downs and repairs

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a facilities management / support position
- Strong written communication skills with confidence in drafting and maintaining facility documents
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Immediate availability to commence in the role

**What you'll get in return**

In return, you will be engaged on a short-term temporary contract paying a competitive hourly rate.
