**About the Organisation and Role**

Our client is a profound and fast developing organisation who specialises in Autism and Neurodevelopment. They are a dedicated team of professionals specialising in play-based teaching models, utilising play-themed approaches with remarkable levels of engagement, energy, and enthusiasm to provide therapies and support to children and their families.

In this role, your responsibilities are diverse and essential. You'll set Occupational Therapy goals, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment strategies. You'll conduct individual and group therapy sessions, combining play-based and goal-oriented approaches to enhance language skills and address sensory, self-regulation, and motor challenges. Your role also involves designing communication strategies and educating clients and their families.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance
- NDIS & Working with Children Check
- Experience working with paediatrics under the NDIS
- Experience working with early intervention, children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and GDD
- Covid19 Vaccination
