Blackhawk Alert is a recent launch cybersecurity provider for the Australian SMB market. Offering a range of enterprise-grade SaaS solutions - Blackhawk seeks to simplify cybersecurity for the everyday business owner.
Partnership Development Managers will be an integral part of our internal team - focusing on establishing relationships with partner businesses for the purpose of generating sales referrals within the Blackhawk Rebate Program. With ongoing commissions offered - this role offers some serious scalability for the aspiring earner.
This is an exciting, first-of-a-kind role that would suit a strong-communicator, sociable with some experience in delivering value to external stakeholders. This is not an overly technical role by any means

Role Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with potential referral partners via calls & virtual/face-to-face engagements, articulating the value of our rebate program & managing the intake program to maximize converted referrals.
- Encouraging referral partners to also pursue their own cybersecurity needs by an education-first approach & referral to our sales team.
- Nurturing referral partners to maximize referrals and increase conversions by our sales team.
- Coordinate events with partners to drive awareness of the Blackhawk Partner Program & strengthen their network on an ongoing basis.
- Share collateral & awareness material via social media to maximize reach.
- Share readily learnings & challenges with the team to brainstorm solutions and drive greater efficiencies within the partnership development function.
- Seek to improve their understanding of cybersecurity as an industry and business topic - continually improve how they define Blackhawk Alert within this space.
Please note this role is contractual (long-term) and our successful applicants will have an ABN for sole trader status.
