Our vibrant, energetic and fast paced Marketing Team currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated **Print Production Administrator** to coordinate all printing, publishing and production of sales enablers within the Wurth Australia. With care, passion and ownership, you will coordinate the workflow in and out of our state of the art digital print room. You will support our customers and staff Australia wide with the timely distribution of printed collateral.

**Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader, your responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating and delivering all printing, production jobs and scheduling of all relevant marketing material and sales enablers.
- Assisting with the introduction of new equipment into the Print & Production environment, including Routers and bespoke packaging equipment.
- Acting as the first point of call for all technical support regarding equipment including Xerox and Roland Printing equipment.
- Optimising the outputs, whilst seeking new innovative solutions and cost effective processes
- Managing service schedules, technical support with third party providers.
- Assisting in creating and loading of editorial content within our internal software for our 450+ sales representatives to leverage.
- Providing general artwork, media and administrative support to Wurth Australia.

**To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess**:

- Strong administration and time management skills allowing you to prioritise and coordinate your workflow, whilst communicating regularly and in a timely manner.
- A strong attention to detail cross checking the output and striving for perfection
- Proficiency in the Adobe suite specifically InDesign would be an advantage.
- A tertiary qualification in graphic design would be preferred, together with experience in a printing environment however we have a great team to assist with training if this is new to you** (**Graduates are encouraged to apply)**:

- The ability to work in a fast paced environment, dealing with tight timelines and cross functional tasks is a must every day might be different, but rest assured every day is fast
