We are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver / Loader Operator to join our team in Tomago to assist with the day-to-day activities within our Asphalt production facility.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Stockpile management
Ensuring quality of asphalt product to specifications
Participate in risk management and hazard identification processes in conjunction with the SSO
Undertake site inspections for safety, quality, and environment
Day-to-day administration of the Asphalt Plant including stock control of raw materials
General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, along with the safe operation of a front-end loader
Experience operating a screen (preferred)

**Essential Attributes**:
Unrestricted HR license
Strong mechanical diagnostic and maintenance skills
White Card
Strong communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Be a team player
Reliable and consistent
Safety focused
Driven and self-motivated
Eager to learn

**Must be available for night and weekend work, as well as regular overtime depending on production demands and requirements**

**Highly Desired Attributes**:
Understanding of bitumen and bitumen-based products
Previous experience in asphalt production role
Previous experience operating a bobcat
Familiarity with LOTO (lock out tag out)
Confined space
Forklift license
First aid
EWP
Working at heights
