Join Our Team as an HR Coordinator

Protech has an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our client in Tomago on a 12-month contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with day-to-day support with the business strategies and plans including support on employee engagement and change management initiatives.
- Assist with the workforce planning process, including forecasting needs and development of position descriptions.
- Provide high level support to assist with in the implementation of unsatisfactory performance procedures and strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the WCIS team to support work related injuries.
- Support the development and implementation of reward and recognition programs within area of responsibility and across the organisation.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline such as human resources, industrial relations or organisational psychology preferred.
- Cert 4/ Diploma in HR required at a minimum.
- At least 2 years years’ experience in providing HR support to operational teams in a heavy industrial environment.
- Must have high level of coordination skill when dealing with all human resource matters.
- Must have a background in HRIS and other HR tools.
