Concrete Plant Manager

POSITION IN THE WESTERN SUBURBS
I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Concrete Plant Supervisor** who has a solid understanding and experience of using the **"Command System".** The position is in the Western Suburbs and the primary focus of the role will be to ensure the production requirements meet both manufacturing costs and customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the concrete plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production
- Manage a team of plant operators and production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor plant equipment and machinery, ensuring they are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience working in a concrete plant, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge and experience using the "command system" position
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
