Trainee Concrete Plant Professional
Central Pre-mix Concrete offers an opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Concrete Plant Manager.
As a Trainee Concrete Plant Manager, you will receive training and support to obtain the necessary licenses. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level service, efficiency, and professionalism while maintaining excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Learning new skills through on-the-job training and being exposed to the construction materials industry.
- Participating in a close-knit team with potential opportunities for growth.
Our company invests in employee development, providing opportunities to obtain additional licenses if desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake training to obtain licenses necessary for the role.
- Take and input concrete orders within the Melbourne concrete business.
- Schedule and allocate jobs.
- Provide supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers (company & Lorry Owner Drivers).
- Coordinate plant maintenance and perform basic maintenance.
- Batch and dispatch concrete.
- Manage stocks of raw materials.
- Ensure safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility requirements are met.
