Guide Dogs Victoria has a vacancy for an experienced professional to join our Team in the full time position of Executive Assistant to the CEO. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide exceptional end to end administrative and executive support to the CEO and GDV board.

**Executive Assistant**

This role involves proactively managing the CEO’s priorities, calendar and planning. The role also provides executive level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team and Board. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, prioritisation skills, excellent relationship building skills, initiative and proactivity, discretion, and confidentiality.

**In this role you will be responsible to**:

- Diary and relationship management, meeting coordination, minute/note taking.
- Management and tracking of the CEO’s priorities, initiatives, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Assist with record-keeping and the management of documents.
- Support of key relationships with the organisation such as government, ambassadors, media, major donors, volunteers, partners, other Guide Dog states and sector collaborations.
- Tertiary Education/Degree.
- 5 years + in a similar EA/PA role at Executive level.
- Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
- High level stakeholder management.
- Experienced in MS Suite (Essential).
- Solution focused and proactive nature.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Collaborative in their approach to work.
- Effective communicator.
- Able to work autonomously and make decisions on behalf of the Executives.
- A commitment to live the values and behaviours of Guide Dogs Victoria; and
- A strong alignment with the vision of Guide Dogs Victoria in delivering independence to people who are blind or have low vision.
