Salvos Stores is seeking to employ a Full-Time Production Worker to work at our main warehouse/distribution center for our operations in St Peters.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for;
- Ensuring donated goods are effectively and accurately sorted for store use in a timely manner - This includes determining if such goods appear to be of sufficient quality to be re-sold in our store;
- Pick and prepare store orders efficiently and correctly using the correct paperwork, systems and operating procedures;
- Other duties may include baling clothing, loading or unloading stock from trucks, maintaining cleanliness of the work area and disposal of unusable items;
- Meeting occupational health and safety obligations.

ABOUT YOU
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to work under supervision and to work in accordance with a schedule;
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of customer service;
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Fork lift license desirable but not required.
