Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Category Manager.

**What you'll do**:
The focus of this role will be to provide Category Management through sourcing, contracts and contractor management services. You will undertake full lifecycle activities including, sourcing strategy development, procurement planning, go to market, assessment, negotiation, recommendation, award, implementation, contract management, and support and influence ESG initiatives. In addition, you will leverage your knowledge of category management and supply markets to achieve competitive advantage by seeking out improvement opportunities, reducing waste, increasing value for money and challenging the status quo.

**About you**:
With relevant qualifications, you will have demonstrated experience in procurement, logistics and/or supply chain. You can evidence category management sourcing and contracts experience. You will have gained experience in sourcing, contracts, market research, 'should cost' analysis, procurement planning/sourcing strategies along with practical experience in negotiating and confirming negotiated outcomes into contracts.

You drive for continuous improvement and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you influence stakeholders, develop effective working relationships and drive for results whilst protecting Perth Airport's procurement interests.
