We are hiring a **Supervisor -**Service Exchange** Components**for our Perth Service Centre.

**Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below**:

- Comply with all Epiroc processes and procedures
- Provide a safe and efficient workplace
- Foster an inclusive culture
- Coordinate and supervise service technicians to deliver exceptional service
- Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders
- Resource and material planning and management
- Support onsite operations
- Manage the WIP (work in progress)

**The successful applicant must have**:

- An unrelenting safety focus
- Extensive supervision knowledge and experience in an OEM environment
- Planning and resource experience
- A strong people management perspective
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills
- Commitment to providing quality customer service
- Ability to handle and work under pressure
- Good report writing ability
- Computer literacy
