**What we are looking for**:
**About the Role**

The Operations Supervisor is an exciting and key role within First Choice Couriers, that oversees all operational activities within the Southern Highlands depot - as well as lead and guide the warehouse and driving team. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for communicating First Choice Courier's values and driving an excellent operation in the region through strong communication skills, problem solving, and critical thinking. Comprehensive knowledge of the service, region and transport industry is important.
- Lead the warehouse and driving team, by orchestrating day-to-day activities
- Tracking and organising timely delivery and pick up of goods
- Maintain a safe workplace and encourage safety culture
- Written and verbal communication
- Engage in training activities to enhance the role and identify progression for your team

**Role requirement**:

- Experience in transport industry
- Experience as a supervisor/team leader
- Knowledge of efficient processes
- Aligned with First Choice Couriers' values
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to read data

Complete training is provided.

In addition, a criminal history check is required and a pre-employment medical is compulsory.
