Final Trim Operator | Civil & Earthmoving | NSW

We're looking for an experienced Final Trim Operator to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality civil and earthmoving projects across The Southern Highlands and Riverina Area.

We're a respected civil, earthmoving, and construction company with a strong reputation for quality work, reliability, and a commitment to safety. Our projects range from bulk earthworks and road construction to subdivisions and infrastructure development across NSW.

The Role

As a Final Trim Operator, you'll be responsible for achieving accurate levels and smooth finishes on a range of civil construction projects. You'll be operating late-model machinery and working alongside a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate excavators (and ideally grader) for final trim works on civil and earthmoving projects.
  • Read and interpret plans, levels, and set-outs.
  • Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other operators to achieve precise results.
  • Maintain machinery and ensure safe, efficient operation at all times.
  • Uphold site safety and environmental standards.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Operator.
  • High level of Professionalism.
  • Competent using GPS and laser systems.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver accurate final trims.
  • White Card and relevant plant tickets (willing to obtain).
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player.
