As a Permanent Childcare _**Educator**_, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding learning environment for our children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in crafting dynamic daily/weekly plans and objectives to enrich children's experiences
- Design captivating learning environments and curate interactive activities that inspire curiosity and creativity
- Thoughtfully assess and refine programming to ensure continual growth and development
- Diligently maintain meticulous day-to-day records to track progress and enhance individualised learning
- Cultivate a warm, safe, and stimulating atmosphere where children thrive and feel valued
- Uphold health and safety standards, prioritising the well-being of every child in our care

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- _**Diploma of early childhood education and care **_(or Certificate III willing to work towards Diploma)_
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Team player with a focus on families
- Dedication to nurturing the future of children
